Check the menu and prep ingredients (chopping, marinating, etc.).
Ensure food storage areas are organized and at the correct temperature.
Prepare and cook meals according to the menu.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Replenish pantry items and supplies in the kitchen.
Follow hygiene and food safety protocols.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages 24hrs before the next shift.
Minimize food waste through proper portioning and storage.
Work with kitchen assistants and and waitresses staff to ensure timely service.
Qualification
4 – 10 years of experience.
Salary
N100,000 – N300,000 / month.
