Responsibilities

• Developing and executingcomprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
• Identifying emerging trends and adapt strategies to ensure competitiveness in the fintech space.
• Creatingand curatinghigh-quality, engaging, and platform-specific content (text, graphics, videos, etc.).
• Collaboratingwith designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce compelling campaigns.
• Actively engagingwith followers, respond to comments, and foster a community around the brand.
• Monitoring and managing online reputation and customer feedback.
• Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on social media metrics to assess performance and inform future strategies.
• Conducting A/B testing on content and campaigns to optimize results.
• Working closely with the marketing team, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Coordinatewith influencers and industry partners for collaborations and campaigns.
• Overseeingpaid social media campaigns to drive traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
• Optimizingbudgets and bids to achieve return on investmentgoals.

Qualifications

• 3 – 5 years of experience managing social media platforms, preferably in the fintech or tech industry.
• Proven track record of executing successful social media campaigns.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Strong writing and editing skills with a flair for crafting engaging content.
• Proficiency in social media management tools
• Analytical mindset with experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, native platform insights, etc.).
• Knowledge of paid advertising platforms and strategies (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads).
• Prior experience in the fintech or financial services industry.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations for financial marketing.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
