Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a secretary who has worked in a manufacturing company.
• The Secretary will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the manufacturing company.
• This role involves managing communications, coordinating office activities, and maintaining records to support the company’s operations.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
• Prepare and proofread internal and external communications, including reports, memos, and emails.
• Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and company events.
• Prepare agendas, take minutes during meetings, and distribute them to relevant parties.
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and phone inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
• Handle confidential information and sensitive issues with discretion.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations and resolve administrative issues.
• Assist with managing office equipment maintenance.

Requirements and Qualifications

• OND/HND in Office Administration, Bus Admin, or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Secretarial or Administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, and telephone systems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary
N50,000 – N60,000 Monthly.
