Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Rotational Assignments: Work across multiple departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to gain comprehensive knowledge and exposure.
• Project Participation: Support ongoing projects by assisting in data analysis, market research, customer engagement, and other critical tasks.
• Skill Development: Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules tailored to professional and personal growth.
• Mentorship Program: Work closely with assigned mentors to set career goals, receive feedback, and navigate early-career challenges.
• Performance Evaluation: Regularly meet with supervisors to discuss progress, receive feedback, and set objectives for each rotation.
• Networking: Engage in networking events, team meetings, and company-wide gatherings to build relationships within the company.

Requirements

• Education: Recent graduates in [Relevant Field, e.g., Business, Engineering, Marketing.
