Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement automation systems for cement manufacturing processes.
- Conduct system troubleshooting and maintenance on instrumentation and control equipment.
- Ensure all control systems are compliant with company and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency and reliability.
- Monitor and analyze control system performance to recommend improvements and upgrades.
- Perform risk assessments and implement safety measures within automation systems.
- Generate and maintain documentation for systems and processes as per regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in automation, instrumentation, and control systems within the manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in PLC programming and SCADA systems.
- Strong understanding of process control principles and instrumentation.
- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial automation equipment.
- Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations pertaining to automation systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
