Job Responsibilities
Entering data from various sources, such as documents, spreadsheets, or digital files, into specified software or databases.
Reviewing data for accuracy, ensuring information is correctly entered, and making necessary corrections.
Keeping records up-to-date, organized, and easily accessible for other departments.
Identifying and rectifying data inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors to maintain high data quality.
Converting audio or video recordings into written formats, such as minutes, reports, or documentation
Generating reports, summaries, or visualizations as needed by different departments.
