Job Description

• Monitor daily productions and quality control performance records, identifying inefficiencies and taking responsive and corrective actions where necessary.
• Develop and implement strategies and training toward accomplishing organizational goals and values.
• Coordinate and monitor flow of production; is able to forecast work and notice potential problems in workflow.
• Supervise and monitor all maintenance and Operations activities in the FS.
• Perform verification of production output according to specifications prior distributing reports.

Requirements

• A Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, preferably Civil / Structural, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering, or any related Technical /operational discipline.
• A minimum of 7 years of Supervisory experience in the said role in Nigerian Oil and Gas industry.
• Extensive Project management knowledge.
• Great People Skills.
• Interpreting and ensuring compliance to safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals to field workers.
