Job Summary

• As our Credit Monitoring Analyst, you’ll monitor the ongoing credit risk of existing clients and credit portfolios.
• This role is essential in identifying and assessing changes in credit risk, implementing monitoring systems, and providing timely reports and recommendations to support proactive risk management.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain systems for monitoring the credit risk of the overall portfolio and individual clients and identify early warning signals and potential indicators of credit deterioration or adverse changes in the creditworthiness of clients.
• Conduct regular analyses of credit exposures, assessing the performance and risk profile of individual credits within the portfolio, and conducting periodic reviews of existing clients to reassess their creditworthiness and adherence to credit terms.
• Prepare and provide regular reports on credit portfolio performance, risk trends, and potential areas of concern to relevant stakeholders and communicate credit risk assessments and monitoring findings to relationship managers, credit committees, and senior management.
• Collaborate with credit analysts to gather additional information, clarify details, enhance the overall credit risk assessment process, and propose and implement risk mitigation strategies to address identified credit risks and challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. CA/MBA/PGDM/CFA or other relevant post-graduate qualification.
• Relevant certifications in risk management, credit analysis, or financial analysis are highly desirable (e.g., CRM, PRM, or similar certifications).
• Proven Minimum of 5 years experience in credit monitoring or a related role within Risk Management and Completion of relevant industry training programs or courses in credit risk management, credit analysis, and financial modeling.
