Job Title: Female Executive Assistant to the CEO

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO.
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas for the CEO.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Assist in managing projects and ensuring timely execution of tasks.
• Coordinate and attend meetings, taking detailed minutes and following up on action points.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3-10 years experience.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Female candidates only, must be based in or live close to Victoria Island, Lagos.
