Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a clear, consistent brand identity that reflects the company’s values and resonates with the target audience.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand differentiation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Create and implement comprehensive communication and engagement strategies that align with the organization’s goals.
• Develop and manage communication and engagement plans for product launches, events, and campaigns.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts, making adjustments as necessary.
• Plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and organizational objectives.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure project goals are met and communication strategies are integrated seamlessly.
• Analyze project performance metrics to optimize strategies and report outcomes to management.
• Generate engaging content for various channels, including websites, email marketing, social media, press releases, and marketing materials.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of content creators, social media managers, community managers and designers to ensure brand, communication, and engagement consistency.
• Manage content calendars and distribution schedules.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
• Plan and execute PR campaigns to enhance the company’s reputation and visibility.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare responses to manage the company’s public image.
• Engage with conference conveners to identify and negotiate speaking opportunities.
• Develop and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistent use of brand elements.
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams and external partners on brand compliance.
• Develop, manage, and allocate the communications and engagement budget effectively.
• Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness in all initiatives.
• Foster a collaborative and creative environment to encourage innovation and growth.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in communications and project management, preferably in a leadership role.
