Job Description

• The Griller is responsible for preparing and grilling various meats, vegetables, and other ingredients according to the restaurant’s recipes and safety standards.
• You will monitor grill temperatures, ensure that food is cooked to the right consistency, and maintain cleanliness of the cooking area.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate grill and other cooking equipment
• Monitor cooking times to ensure quality and consistency
• Follow health and safety regulations
• Clean and maintain the grill station
• Assist in food preparation and portioning as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE / OND / HND qualification
• 2 years experience.

Salary
N40,000 – N50,000 Monthly.
