Job Description

• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pastoral Professional to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Student Support: Provide individual and group counseling sessions to address students’ emotional, social, and academic needs.
• Mentorship: Offer guidance and support to students, helping them navigate challenges and achieve their goals.
• Crisis Intervention: Respond to student crises promptly and effectively, providing immediate support and resources.
• Parent and Teacher Collaboration: Build strong relationships with parents and teachers to ensure a comprehensive approach to student well-being.
• Program Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of pastoral care programs and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: First Degree or Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in a school counseling or pastoral care setting.
• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to build rapport with students, parents, and teachers.
• Certification: Valid counseling license or certification (if required in the local jurisdiction).
