Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to Lead a reputable vocational School and to oversee the day-to-day operations of a thriving vocational school.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to enhance the school’s reputation and achieve long-term goals.
• Academic Oversight: Monitor and evaluate curriculum, teaching methods, and student outcomes to ensure high-quality education.
• Staff Management:Train, and supervise a dedicated team of faculty and staff to provide exceptional support to students.
• Resource Management: Manage the school’s budget, facilities, and other resources effectively to optimize operations.
• Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with parents, alumni, and the community to promote the school’s mission.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant educational regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in education administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a vocational school administrator or in a similar leadership role.
