Job Title: Airbnb / Apartment Manager

Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja

Job Description

• Manage the marketing of the apartment to grow reservations, ensuring the AirBnB platform has exceptional pictures and descriptions
• Register the apartment on OTA’s and channel managers like booking.com, expedia etc
• Answer guest questions and meet with guests to exchange keys at the beginning of stays
• Hires individuals to perform maintenance, and must be available to handle any emergencies when guests are staying.
• Maintain a calendar of reservations to prevent double-bookings
• Explain house rules to new guests.

Requirements

• A Diploma holder or a Degree holder
• 3+ years relevant work experience.
• Ability to communicate properly
• Experience working in a hotel, or for a property management company can be helpful
• Gender – Female.

Remuneration

• Salary: N50,000 Monthly.
• Recharge card  & feeding allowance.
