Job Title: Cycle Count Verifier

Purpose of the Job

• To carry out verification of stock items to ensure physical and book balance reconcile.

The Job

• Carry out all cycle count processes to facilitate effective stock verification.
• Recording Inventory/Store transactions and other inventory control planning exercises.
• Updating inventory record and reporting any errors or issues.
• Maintaining accurate records of cycle count and discrepancy
• Collaborating with warehouse staff to resolve inventory issues
• Providing feedback and recommendation to improve inventory management processes.
• Ensuring compliance with inventory management policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• ND in accounting or related discipline.
• CIPS will be an added advantage.
• At least 2 years cognate experience.

The Person must:

• Possess excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical and time management skills.
• Have basic knowledge of accounting.
• Possess excellent inventory management skills
• Be able to pay great attention to details and be analytical.
