Job Title: Secretary
Location: Ring Road, Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly & comfortable atmosphere for clients
- Handle clients enquires, complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
Requirements and Skills
- OND, HND/B.Sc in any related field
- 1-2 years working experience in similar role
- Knowledge on MS office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Must reside close to the job location
Salary
N40,000 – N50,000 Monthly.
