Job Brief

• We are looking for a responsible personnel to provide personalized administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for designing of all company flyers
• Process clients documents, and regular updates of company profiles on Instagram and YouTube.
• Provides administrative support
• Handle requests and queries appropriately.

Requirements and Skills

• OND / HND / B.Sc in any related field with 1 – 3 years experience.
• Must be very good in Ms Word, coreldraw, Excel, Internet search and design of flyers
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Experience in travels & tour company is an added advantage
• Must resides close to the job location or its environments.
