Job Title: Arcade Supervisor

Summary of Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive warm welcome and exceptional customer service.
• Guide or give a proper explanation of workings of each game to the customers.
• Ensure customers operate each game in line with standard guidelines.
• Oversee the maintenance of the arcade games.
• Monitor customers’ consciousness of hygiene in the arcade.
• Ensure a maximum safe and secure environment for the customers and staff.
• Ensure all games are properly maintained and working perfectly at all times.
• Resolve all complaints and concerns of the customers.
• Report any suspicious customers/persons to the security officer for necessary action.

Academic Qualification and Skills

• HND/BSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering/Social Science or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in a gaming environment.
• Good communication skills i.e. both verbal and written.
• Ability to explain the operations of the arcade to customers effectively.
• Attention to detail and pleasant personality.
• Ability to work with less supervision and multitask.

Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
