Job Title: Tech Administrator

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage IT systems, including servers, networks, and workstations.
• Provide technical support to employees, addressing hardware and software issues.
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades or patches.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
• Collaborate with other departments to support their technology needs and resolve any issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to IT systems and procedures.
• Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in a technical support or system administration role.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, networks, and hardware.
• Familiarity with security best practices and data protection regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
