Job Summary

• We are a leading HR recruitment firm specializing in providing comprehensive background check services to our clients. As a Corporate Sales Associate specializing in background check services, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with corporate clients, identifying growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their requirements, and providing solutions to enhance their hiring processes.
• Identify potential clients and develop tailored sales strategies to meet their background check needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our background check services.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Work closely with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the background check industry, staying ahead of the competition.
• Identify new sources of prospects, and prepare action plans and schedules for expansion into other industries.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of corporate sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven experience in Background check services.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Excellent and strong negotiating skills.

Salary
N200,000 gross per month.
