Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage executive schedules, ensuring seamless meeting arrangements and time optimization.
• Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure meetings are productive and outcomes are achieved.
• Organize and coordinate travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations for the executive and other team members as needed.
• Ideal candidate will Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external parties. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
• Documentation of reports, correspondence, presentations, and other documents.
• Adequately maintain and organize files, both electronic and physical.
• Monitor and reconcile expense reports and budgets for the executive, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to tasks.
