Job Summary

• We are seeking a visionary and experienced Head of Digital Media to lead our new media (Digital) department.
• In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy that amplifies our brand voice, expands our reach, and fuels business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a data-driven digital strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of social media marketing, including content creation, community management, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
• Manage and lead the digital marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
• Spearhead the development and ongoing optimization of our company website, ensuring a user-friendly and engaging experience.
• Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, identifying and implementing those that best serve our needs.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and business units across departments to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
• Manage and negotiate with external agencies and vendors to optimize campaign performance and maximize return on investment.
• Analyse and interpret data to measure the success of digital initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain a digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s Degree a plus).
• 8-15 years of experience in digital marketing leadership roles.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful social media campaigns, content marketing strategies, and website optimization initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and analytics.
• Strong understanding of the current digital media landscape and emerging trends.
• Experience working with and managing digital agencies and vendors.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to think strategically, analyse data effectively, and translate insights into actionable plans.
