Job Description

• The Head of Branding will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that enhance the company’s image, increase brand awareness, and drive growth.
• This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of brand management in the QSR/FMCG sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen the company’s market position.
• Lead brand positioning, messaging, and identity initiatives across all marketing channels.
• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that effectively communicate brand values and drive customer engagement.
• Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, sales, and operations to ensure brand consistency.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing materials and campaigns.
• Analyze brand performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of branding professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
• Ensure all brand activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the QSR/FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

N800,000 – N1,000,000 / Month.
