Job Responsibilities

• Overseeing the daily operations of the office to ensure smooth functioning.
• Managing office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is well-maintained.
• Handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
• Serving as the point of contact for internal and external communications.
• Prepare regular reports for upper management
• Supporting project management activities and tracking project progress.

Qualifications

• B.Sc in Business Administration / Management / Finance or related fields
• 2 – 3 years experience.

Requirements and skills:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.

Salary
N130,000 – N150,000 monthly.
