Drive the overall AIPSM strategy formulation and effective delivery of policies, processes, plans, programs and systems across the organization assets and operating facilities.
Drive processes and programs including AIPSM compliance and assurance audits to meet HSE regulations and standards. The focal point for HEMP, operationalization of HSE Case and Bowties, and the TA- 2 for Process Safety.
Requirements
First Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering. Certified Functional Safety Expert.
Minimum of 15 years E&P experience, with at least 5 years as a Senior Process Safety Engineer or Process Safety Lead or Senior Process Engineer role.
HAZOP, SIL Trained and knowledge of Physical Effects Modelling (FRED, SHEPERD or FirePRAN, DNV Phast/ Safety)
