Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT Support Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, maintaining computer systems, and ensuring optimal IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operations
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in IT support or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Strong technical skills in hardware, software, and networking
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 per month.
