Job Title: Human Resource Assistant
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full Time
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with the day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the management.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc)
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
- Stay abreast of labor laws and regulations changes and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
- Perform all other major task assigned by the management. Etc…
Qualification
- HND / B.Sc
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years.
