Job Description

• We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive assistant to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team.
• Manage complex calendars and schedules, coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Conduct research and compile data for executive use.
• Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of events, meetings, and conferences.
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects with a keen attention to detail.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the executive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields preferred.
• 1 – 3 years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Age Requirement: Not more than 35 years old.
