Brief Description

• Operate and monitor oxygen plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production of oxygen. Maintain quality standards, conduct maintenance tasks, and adhere to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure uninterrupted oxygen production
• Regulate cylinder gas pressure.
• Distribute cylinders as needed.
• Perform maintenance activities.
• Record gauge readings accurately.
• Identify equipment issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain logbooks and monitor equipment uptime.
• Manage spares and inventory.
• Implement safety measures and ensure housekeeping standards.
• Dispatch cylinders to customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
• Minimum of 12 years’ experience in oxygen plant operations.
• Certificate in ISO/Quality initiatives.
• Proficiency in equipment operation and maintenance.
• Strong record-keeping and communication skills.
• Ability to manage resources and prioritize tasks effectively.
