Hello Sir. I have same challenge with the the 16 digit code. I bought my form today from Zenith Bank in Abuja. I requested for the code and was told that was before the Treasury single Account. The RRR code here is just 9digit with the first alphabet and the portal is still requesting for 16 digit. Please what do I do? Thanks
Try entering the 9 digits code and submit. If that does not work, i think it will be wise u contact ur study centre for assistance.

Good day. I made a payment of N2,350 to Zenith Bank on 03/12/15 with the use of the RRR number generated from remita as demanded. When I demanded for for the 12 digit pin, I was told the bank do not give pin and that it will be given by the school but am yet to hear from the school as regards this. Pls kindly assist me. I don’t think nti pgd degree is accredited for further studies becos the nuc made it clear that the program is still on a stand still and that the program is not in anyway affiliated with any university.
