Receive enquiries and provide relevant information to customers
Attend to customer orders via phone calls and social media platforms
Handle customer service issue and escalate to proper authority
Follow up on queries and give feedback to clients
Collect client feedback for management
Update client records
Track and document calls and sales
Requirements
A minimum of 1 yearof proven experience in a similar role.
Good understanding of customer service best practices.
Superb written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Computer and Internet savvy.
Salary
N50,000 / month.
