Role Overview

• As an Operations Officer, you will be integral in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our clinic operations.
• With 3 – 4 years of experience, you will contribute to the optimization of processes, collaboration with healthcare professionals, and the overall enhancement of patient care services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement operational improvements specific to eye care services.
• Streamline processes to enhance efficiency in patient care.
• Collaborate with eye care professionals, nurses, and administrative staff.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork within the clinic.
• Contribute to the improvement of patient experience and services.
• Ensure a seamless journey for patients from appointment scheduling to post-consultation follow-ups.
• Analyze operational data specific to eye care services.
• Prepare reports on key performance indicators relevant to ophthalmic operations.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance processes in eye care.
• Ensure adherence to established ophthalmic standards and procedures
• Manage relationships with suppliers of ophthalmic equipment and supplies.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize costs for eye care services.
• Communicate effectively with the eye care team and stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on operational activities related to ophthalmic services.
• Identify potential operational risks in ophthalmology.
• Develop and implement mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with eye care regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.

Experience:

• 3 – 4 years of experience in operations management

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills specific to eye care operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and data analysis relevant to ophthalmic services.

Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
