Job Title: Debtors Clerk / Credit Controller

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Department: Finance and Administration

Summary of Responsibilities

• Provision of timeous, efficient cash flow and credit management of all allocated books (medical aid, private etc.) reducing bad debt, through provide timeous, efficient cash flow and credit management with a focus on maximum cash collections and minimum debtors days targets, whilst providing customer-focussed service.

Job Requirements

• WASSCE / SSCE / Matric or equivalent
• Working knowledge of medical aids / funders
• 5 years experience as a debtors clerk/credit controller preferably in a private hospital setting
• Computer literate – must be accurate and pay attention to detail
• Organised and able to work well under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage various stakeholders and must be able to deliver exceptional customer service.
