Job Summary

• The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources department.
• This position requires a highly professional individual who is capable of managing multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding:

• Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

Employee Relations:

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances.

Payroll and Benefits Administration:

• Assist in the processing of payroll and administration of employee benefits.

Compliance and Record-Keeping:

• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Training and Development:

• Coordinate training sessions and seminars to enhance employee skills.

Performance Management:

• Assist in the performance review process and maintain records.

Administrative Duties:

• Manage HR-related documentation and handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR administration.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
• Proficiency in HR software.
• Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Relevant HR certifications.

Salary
NGN 250,000.00 – NGN 300,000.00 / month.
