Attend to walking customers and provide excellent service
Handle product inquiries, directions, sales, and packaging
Collaborate with shop floor teams to ensure smooth services
Provide daily report on manned section to the floor admin
Any other duties that may be assigned by your Supervisor.
Requirements
HND / BSc in Administration or related field
1 – 3 years of customer service or admin experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent presentation skills
Great report writing and documentation skills
The ability to resolve complaints is essential to the role.
