Track daily, weekly and monthly field operational data
Assist the floor business manager in co-ordinating, tracking, and assessing relevant metrics.
Responsible for effectively identifying, investigating, and resolving complaints
Responsible for coordinating shop floor attendants to ensure compliance with business reports.
Monitor reports on stocks, prepare orders, and reminders to floor business manager.
Requirements
HND / BSc Degree in Administration or related field
1 – 3 year experience
High ethics, integrity and judgment.
Strong communication skills,
Research, analyze information/data and make recommendations.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
