Job Description

• Specialize- Diesel Generators
• Experience- should have previous experience of selling/marketing diesel generators
• To represent the company’s products and services, generate leads, foster relationships and achieve sales goals while developing new ones.

Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the job holder will be:

KPI:

• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our products and services.
• Present our company products by demonstrating product knowledge.
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Education / Professional Qualification

• B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Economics, Business and Management or other related fields.

Experience:

• 2 – 3 years in Marketing / public relations or similar role
• Minimum of 1 year within the industry

Required Competencies:
Functional:

• Ability to sell, present a product /brand to a customer.
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Fast learner and passion for sales.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
