Job Title: Continuous Improvement Supervisor (Food and Beverages)

Location: Mowe, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties & Responsibilities

• Serve as a change agent to help the company achieve its operational excellence goals
• Work with senior management to develop and implement an operational excellence strategy that is aligned with the company’s business objectives
• Lead and manage process improvement initiatives using lean and six sigma methodologies
• Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop and track KPIs to measure progress and success of operational excellence initiatives
• Train and coach employees on lean and six sigma principles and tools
• Facilitate kaizen events and other collaborative problem-solving sessions
• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget
• Prepare reports and presentations for upper management on the status of operational excellence initiatives
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in operational excellence and share with team members
• Serve as a role model for continuous improvement and positive change
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial or Production Engineering)
• Experience working in Multi-National FMCG companies.
• 4+ years of experience in process improvement, quality management, or similar role
• Proven track record of leading and implementing process improvements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong project management skills
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodology
• Experience with statistical analysis software, such as Minitab
• Familiarity with manufacturing or production processes.

Remuneration
N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
