Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Duties
Supply chain coordinators have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

• Coordinating with other members of the supply chain including suppliers, vendors, shipping companies, and warehouse managers to ensure all shipments are delivered on time
• Maintaining inventory levels by ordering materials needed for production
• Coordinating with marketing teams to identify and resolve any issues causing disruptions to the supply chain
• Communicate with vendors regarding order status or delivery issues to ensure smooth operation of the supply chain
• Reviewing inventory levels, prices, and vendor contracts to identify areas for improvement in efficiency or cost savings
• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal laws, state regulations, and company policies regarding hazardous materials handling
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as those pertaining to labeling and shipping times
• Creating reports on supply chain activities and performance, including purchase orders, inventory levels, shipment schedules, and production schedules
• Identifying potential risks in the supply chain and developing plans to mitigate these risks

Qualifications and Requirements

• Advanced Degree, minimum 5 years of progressive Supply Chain professional experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience in Oil and Gas Trades, Clearing of Vessels, Docummentation and In Tender Bills.
• Demonstrated success as a Supply Chain leader across all disciplines including planning, procurement, and logistics.
• Broad knowledge and experience in Supply Chain strategies, market analysis techniques, procurement and contracting, vehicle and fleet management, inventory, property, and asset management.
• Strong collaborator and influencer with effective interpersonal and analytical skills who can work seamlessly across countries, cultures, and organizational units.
• Able to work effectively in a highly matrixed structure.
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
• Excellent training and coaching ability.
• Ability to travel.
• Resilient, organized, hard-working, with positive attitude.

Remuneration
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
