Job Description

• Planning and coordinating all installations and refurbishments
• Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
• Inspecting buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
• Plan and coordinate all installations such as telecommunications, heat, electricity, plumbing, etc. and refurbishments
• Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
• Inspect buildings structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
• Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
• Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.
• Proven experience as facilities manager or relevant position.
• Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Good analytical/critical thinking

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor Degree or HND, in Electrical/Electronic with minimum of 3 years cognate experience.
• Or OND/NCE with 5 years cognate experience in a hotel or restaurant facility.
• Proven experience as a Hotel maintenance officer
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with Plumbing, Electrical and Mechanical works
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Relevant technical knowledge
• Problem solving skills
• Efficient and Organized
• Team Player
• Should reside around Abuja Airport road.
