Responsibilities

• Attendance and Leave Management of all Expats.
• Salary Processing of all Staff Local and Expats
• Timely payment of salary
• Preparation of HR MIS for sharing with Corporate Office on a monthly basis.
• EE & RR Engagement Tracker
• Recruitment & Selection process of Local Staff.
• Salary negotiation with comparison of existing staff salary.
• Release of offer letter.
• KRA to fill for all Expats after 15 days of joining.
• Confirmation form to be initiated before completion of 06 months.
• Issue of Confirmation letter
• Maintain Confirmation Tracker.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related (essential).
• 3-5 years of experience as an HR executive (essential).
• Exposure to labor law and employment equity regulations.
• Effective HR administration and people management skills.
• Exposure to payroll practices.
• Full understanding of HR functions in the factory and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
• Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
• Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately follow instructions.
