Job Description

• Our client is in urgent need of a Senior Estate Surveyor and Valuer who is energetic, Intelligent, and highly result oriented individuals with enthusiastic with great approach to learning.
• The successful individual must have great knowledge/experience in Real Estate Valuation and Other Assets Valuation, Property Survey, Generating Estate Valuation Report, handling clients Property Accounts, Managing Property, Rental Administration, Sales and Letting of Real Estate and other Assets.

Responsibilities

• Traveling to job sites.
• Supervise handling of the Real Estate Transactions of Sales, Letting and Facility Management.
• Generating Standard Valuation Reports for Clients and Government Approvals.
• Working with Government Agencies of Lands for get Approvals.
• Making precise measurements to determine property boundaries.
• Creating maps of measured properties.
• Researching land records.
• Maintaining measuring equipment.
• Collaborating with engineers and architects.
• Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Estate Management.
• Must have at least 5 years cognate experience in practice.
• Must have good leadership and Managerial qualities.
• Must have headed a branch or unit of a reputable Estate Firm for a minimum of two (2) years
• An associate member of NIESV is an added advantage.
• Experience using surveying tools.
• Strong math skills.
• Good Presentation Skill.
• Sales and Marketing Skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Proficiency with CAD software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent leadership skills.
