The IT Support Associate is responsible for providing technical support to employees and customers.
This includes troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, installing and configuring new equipment, and maintaining the IT infrastructure.

Provide technical support to employees and customers via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
Install and configure new equipment

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
3+ years of experience in IT support
Experience with a variety of operating systems and software
