Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Chinese Speaking)
Daily reception and business processing work, responsible for platform business consultation, timely response to solve problems encountered by customers;
Docking domestic customer service, daily customer order inquiry, quotation;
Responsible for pushing product information to customers;
Collect customer needs and feedback, and organize reports
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
Understand Chinese and be able to communicate daily in Chinese;
More than 1 year experience in customer service
Have strong communication skills, bear hardships and stand hard work;
Strong learning ability, auto parts industry experience, preferred.
