• Candidate must possess a good Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum of Second-Class Lower Division) from recognized Tertiary Institution with NYSC discharge / exemption Certificate plus at least 7 years post-qualification cognate experience.
• Membership of relevant professional bodies is mandatory.
