Requirements

• Holder of a good Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum of Second-Class Lower Division) in Arts or Social Sciences or Humanities from a recognized Institution of higher learning plus at least 12 years cognate experience or a holder of Master’s Degree from a recognized Institution of higher learning plus at least 8 years cognate experience or Doctorate Degree with at least 4 years post- qualification cognate experience in a Tertiary Institution.
