• Candidate must possess a good Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum of Second-Class Lower Division) in relevant discipline plus at least one (1) journal publication plus 2 Conference/Seminar papers plus at least 3 years teaching/research or industrial work experience

OR

• A Master’s Degree plus at least one conference/seminar paper.
