As a Relationship Manager you will be charged with the responsibility of developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, both within a company as well as with outside clients
Responsibilities
Managing customer relationships.
Identifying and communicating the needs of customers.
Ensure client satisfaction.
Resolving customer complaints and concerns.
Creating and implementing marketing strategies to increase the number of customers.
Requirements
Minimum B.Sc / HND
Minimum 3 years of experience
Must have prior experience in a financial institution
